Blabline Terms of Service


1. Accepting the Terms

Your use of the Service (www.blabline.com) is treated as your acceptance of these Terms.

2. Use of the Service

2.1 You are free to send any message through the Service as long as the content is within the legal limits dictated by section 5, 6, and the laws of the country where you reside and that you adhere to the Terms for your Google Account.

2.2 You are allowed to through the Service use any username you want that is available, and to use any avatar image as long as the username and the avatar fulfill the same requirements as for messages in paragraph 2.1 above.

3. Content and Accounts in the Service

3.1 Blabline aims at upholding freedom of speech, but reserves the right to delete any user-generated content stored in the Service and to suspend or terminate Blabline accounts.

3.2 Blabline reserves the right to in sole discretion distribute user-generated content in the Service to third parties (e.g., RSS feeds).

3.3 Blabline reserves the right to reclaim Blabline usernames on behalf of third parties that hold legal claim or trademark on those usernames.

3.4 Blabline reserves the right to modify Blabline usernames.

3.5 Google reserves the right to pre-screen, review, flag, filter, modify, refuse or remove any or all content from the Service.

3.6 Google reserves the right to terminate end user Google accounts in response to a violation or suspected violation of the Google App Engine Program Policies.

4. Deletion of Messages by Users

You agree to allow other Blabline users to freely delete any of your messages through the nuke™ functionality.

5. Prohibited Content

The information you publish through the Service shall not contain any of the following types of content:

1. Content that infringes a third party's rights (e.g., copyright) according to applicable law;
2. Pornographic, obscene or excessively profane content;
3. Hate-related or violent content;
4. Content advocating racial or ethnic intolerance;
5. Content intended to advocate or advance computer hacking or cracking
6. Gambling;
7. Other illegal activity, including without limitation illegal export of controlled substances or illegal software;
8. Drug paraphernalia;
9. Phishing;
10. Malicious content;
11. Other material, products or services that violate or encourage conduct that would violate any criminal laws, any other applicable laws, or any third-party rights.

6. Prohibited Actions

You are not allowed to use the Service to:

1. Send, upload, distribute or disseminate or offer to do the same with respect to any unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content;
2. Intentionally distribute viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, corrupted files, hoaxes, or any other items of a destructive or deceptive nature;
3. Conduct or forward pyramid schemes and the like;
4. Transmit content that may be harmful to minors;
5. Impersonate another person or misrepresent Blabline, Google or any third party;
6. Use the Service to violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others;
7. Promote or encourage illegal activity;
8. Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Service;
9. Sell, trade, resell or otherwise exploit the Service for any unauthorized commercial purpose;
10. Modify, adapt, translate, or reverse engineer any portion of the Service;
11. Remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained in or on the Service;
12. Use the Service in connection with illegal peer-to-peer file sharing.

7. Changes to the Terms

Blabline may make changes to these Terms. The changes will be published on this page, www.blabline.com/terms.
